Five Hearts Way, developed by Yogi Ivan, is a practice that acknowledges the body's inherent intelligence to find balance and harmony. It engages internal systems through systematic understanding of bioenergetic principles which function in unison through circadian rhythms.
By utilizing various forms of movement, tools, and specific sequencing, you will explore and EXPERIENCE the body's subtle energies, channels, chakras, and vibrations. Offering an opportunity to cultivate awareness, harmony, and inner peace. -

Everyone finds yoga and meditation in their own time and for their own reason and learning follows a similar pattern.
Yoga or to Yoke was practiced first to engage with and connect to the unrealized parts of ourselves, allowing us an opportunity to transform darkness into light. For that reason our primary goal at Five Hearts is assisting people in creating a consistent and safe space for the transformation of human consciousness.From that foundation we practice tools and techniques that have been passed down from countless traditions including modern research. Yogis, sages, scientists and other seekers have left clues for us on our journey in the best way they could in order for us to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
As we explore and study these time tested technologies for human evolution you will learn to deepen trust in yourself and practice, that will continue to develop over time and extend beyond the mat.
